Moisture in the air may condense in the oil-gas separation tank, especially in humid weather, when the exhaust temperature is lower than the dew point of the pressure or the machine is shut down to cool down, more condensed water will be precipitated.
Too much water in the oil will cause the emulsification of the lubricating oil, which will affect the safe operation of the machine, and the possible causes;
1. Cause poor lubrication of the main engine of the compressor;
2. The oil-gas separation effect becomes worse, and the pressure difference of the oil-gas separator becomes larger.
3. Causes corrosion of machine parts; therefore, a condensate discharge schedule should be made according to the humidity situation.
