1. First, use air suspension shock absorbers to inspect, remove, clean, sand blast onto exposed metal to remove paint, dirt, corrosion, and years of road dirt.
2. Secondly, after the shock absorber is sandblasted to the bare machine, the technicians will replace the wear of the shock absorber oil with a new high quality shock absorber oil.
3. Three, piston, guide rod, seal and other worn internal shock absorption parts replacement.
4. Impact test after each charge and seal.
5. Repaint shock absorbers and other components with antiseptic paint
6. Technicians manually rebuild each air suspension shock absorber with new premium components such as more durable seals, premium airbags, crimp rings, dust caps, aluminum caps and other components.
7. Air pressure test to ensure that the air bag can withstand enough pressure and does not leak.
8. Place the prop in a protective packing box and label it.
