1. Close the outlet valve of the shock absorber;
2. Fully open the inlet valve of the shock absorber;
3. Start the motor and observe whether the shock absorber is operating normally;
4. Adjust the opening of the outlet valve to meet the required working conditions. If the user has a flow meter or pressure gauge at the outlet of the shock absorber, adjust the opening of the outlet valve to make the shock absorber at the rated point listed in the performance parameter table. If the user does not install a flow meter or pressure gauge at the outlet of the shock absorber, adjust the opening of the outlet valve; measure the motor current of the shock absorber to make the motor run within the rated current, otherwise it will cause the shock absorber to exceed The outlet valve that has been adjusted for load operation has a large or small opening that is related to the pipeline conditions;
5. Check the leakage of the shaft seal. Normally, the leakage of the mechanical seal should be less than 3 drops/min;
6. Check the motor, the temperature rise of the bearing is 80℃.
